YES foundation wage subsidy program |

| Tenant companies at YES incubator, virtual tenants and all start- up companies with up to three years working on the market, not related to YES incubator, are eligible to apply for up to EUR 100 from our wage subsidy program, provided with the financial support of SPARK, in order to hire additional staff that will help in the everyday processes. The program will provide up to EUR 100 individual wage subsidy to certain applicants, in maximum duration of 6 months. This wage subsidy program is created to help young companies hire
additional staff, that will lead towards a) creation of new jobs and b)
help young companies grow and expand their business.

The subsidy can be
used only for hiring additional staff that is a necessity for the young
company.
The applicants that will receive the subsidy will be chosen by a three member jury. The jury will also determine the amount an individual applicant will receive, and the time period the applicant will receive the wage subsidy. The conditions by which the applicants will be chosen include a) financial commitment by the recipient, b) demonstration of need and c) management plan.

After the application is approved, a wage subsidy program contract will be signed between the interested parties.
