The first two sessions will generally deal with the export from A to Z and will introduce participants to all relevant aspects of exports and, what is particularly important, their practical application in our conditions. Some of the key themes are: At the very beginning, Export Plan, Target markets, export marketing strategy, entry to foreign markets, Transportation, Financing, Legal Issues. This session will particularly focus on export marketing plan. At the beginning of the first session will take participants to contact the Agency and the Director for the promotion of exports of Bosnia and Herzegovina (EPA) with the description of range of services that these agencies provide exporters.

SESSION 3
The third session is related to participation in the interactive management simulation. Through the simulation will be treated, the fundamental field of managament company. Emphasis will be placed on the processes involved in exports. To this will be shown how certain decisions affecting the company's success. This session takes place through group work.

SESSION 4
The fourth session was devoted to government programs of Dutch to connect Dutch and BH firms. Session is based on practical experience of making the match. Processes will be all big programs of Ministry of Economic Affairs (EVD's) programs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (CBI's). The program will be filling finished official application for the Match Making Facility, which is implemented through the Royal Netherlands Embassy in Sarajevo.
