At the 4th SENSI meeting in Skopje-Ohrid, May 9-11, SENSI adopted a Statute, elected 7 Board members and selected Tuzla to be first host of the SENSI secretariate for the next 2 years. Although there are a lot of challenges ahead for this young network organisation, a poper basis has been created to start with activities towards members and their clients.

New Members
All Business Centres and Incubators in Southeast Europe are invited to join the SENSI network, and indeed, the network is still expanding. During the 4th SENSI meeting, 5 new members became part of the SENSI network, bringing more experience and more diversity to the group.
SENSI as a formal network
During the 2nd and 3rd SENSI Seminar the basis was created for the organizational and formal structure of the network. The importance for SENSI to have a legal status lies in the fact that this would enable it to engage in joint projects and to apply for funding for those projects as an actual network. During the 4th SENSI meeting the SENSI Statute was formally adopted, seven Board members were selected and the location of the secretariat for the first period of 2 years was agreed on to be in Tuzla. Still there are various challenges ahead. Among others the commitment of members, fundraising for development of activities, increasing visibility of SENSI and the actual implementation of activities (find a clear outline of challenges in Annex 7). A Board meeting will be planned in June 2008 in Tuzla to further discuss these important issues.
