The Second Southeast European Business Start up Centre and Incubator Conference was held in Maribor, Slovenia, on 21 and 22 March 2007. Over 25 representatives from Business Start up Centres, Incubators, Universities, economic institutions and (international donors) operating in the field of business start up and SME development from all over the SEE region visited the conference.
