The first South East European Business Start up and Incubator Conference was held in Tuzla, Bosnia & Herzegovina, on 20 and 21 October 2006. Representatives from Business Start up Centres, Incubators, Universities, economic institutions and (international donors) operating in the field of business start up and SME development from all over the SEE region visited the conference.
